May 17, 2007 – Santa Rosa

Start: May 18, ’07 4:00p

We were supposed to have some shopping done with Jane and Fat (Gerry’s wife is Fatima) back at Tracy but I was in Sta. Rosa with Kaiyen. We pored over our high school yearbook and spent some time chatting in the morning, went out for a Vietnamese brunch.
Proceeded to Armstrong Redwoods then the Charles M. Schultz museum (Snoopy baby!). Took more pictures on the way back to Sanfo from the other side of the bridge.
Poor Roehl had to wait for me at the BART station…and I ended up the day with losing my credit card wallet. Chalk it up to either lack of sleep, exhaustion or old age 😦

My bad…pulled out the card case which contained the phone card to call Roehl only to find out 45 minutes na sya pala sa station…waaah….kawawang Kuya Roehl..ayun, if he accepted my offer na kumain kami for dinner, ma notice ko sana nahulog or nawala yung cards ko…(hehehe..kasalanan pa ni Roehl ngayon)..

Well, c’est la vie! Things could have been worse…

hmm…I wish..then I could go back and use it as an excuse to get more free champagne tasting. No, it was at the BART station in Dublin/Pleasanton…

and since both of us look quite younger than our real age (must be the curse of our batch hehehe)…it must be such a hassle for you when you go to the liquor store *smirks*

I can live without the dollars…I wish people would just have the decency to return the identification cards…

How? Or was she pickpocketed? Beware of pickpockets, they’re everywhere, even in America.

The thing is, let’s say Anna was not attentive then, but the money was taken away. It was a BRUNCH in the cruise ship in SFO..My friend noted that it shouldn’t happen that way,,what was not clear if someone from their staff got the money, or one of the guests…I didn’t notice anyone coming to us..it happened very fast. Aside from that, we were very careful walking around the city..

some do. not too long ago, my friend lost his wallet in SFO, and somebody actually picked it up and returned it. lucky! it doesn’t happen often.
